The Dave Chappelle Attack And Why The Decline Of Inspirational Music May Be To Blame

Dave Chappelle was performing at "Netflix is a Joke" which features a number of comedians when someone rushed the stage to attack him.

We find it mighty funny that security was nowhere to be found - despite when Maxwell was performing for BET, a lady dancing at the front row was escorted out almost immediately.

Chappelle would quip, "it was a trans man" which set off social media and caused more controversy.  

The concern is the slant from the media coverage about this comment, rather than rightfully criticizing the lack of security and that someone openly assaulted someone doing their job in peace.

This incident and many others got us thinking: what if the decline of inspirational, uplifting music is at least part to blame?
