We're back - and we've got opinions about the steps that companies go through, both for contractors and full-time employees in the US.
Everyone knows that the steps they do are designed to essentially self-disqualify people - a rat race, rather than embracing and welcoming quality people with a simple onboard process.
Companies talk about problems with culture, but in truth, those issues start with a convoluted HR process that ends up creating an echo chamber full of elitists.
