Their site would swear that you can upload from a computer. Problem is it's still camera based. You cannot upload documents securely anymore.
We used their service multiple times during the pandemic without these issues.
What they failed to realize in their rush to change things is that pretty much everyone was hounded to go full paperless - you can't take a photo of a PDF and make it readable.
Worse, their rep got confused when we asked for a direct upload link from computer. Which means they're being trained to assume that everyone has and/or can use a mobile phone to do everything - which we will not.
