While it's somewhat true that jobs might be available, we're ignoring the real problem: companies no longer respect workers or their individual contributions.
People should feel empowered to work whatever their niche, and as long as they're trying their hardest, it should be reasonably simple to find work.
Truth is, it's not - and we shouldn't try to tell those people to just go flip burgers.
