Show Notes

A subordinate of mine once referred to me as a micro-manager.

A micro-manager is a person who has to scrutinize and manage everything someone else does - never has been the case with me.  Not even when I was young.

But I do push myself to be excellent and not settle for less.

I also get frustrated when I see others not sharing the same desire to give their best at what they do.

Here, I detail that story in a bit more depth.
