Dear Companies: Forcing Remote Staff To Keep Video On Doesn't Make Them More Attentive

We just got a prospect that might lead to a third revenue stream.  Skeptical it goes through as it's full-time and Leicester is significantly more picky on full-time, because many employers tend to want to mistreat their workers and treat them like children.

So far at least it's sounding good.  One more call to test that.  If they agree to terms, it's a LOT of money for the three clients, but we might drop our first client due to the contact starting to act shady - unless the client can work with us to work around them.

Meanwhile, we thought we'd rant a bit (admittedly it's a rant) about the rise of forced video calls in business plus companies that force their workers to be "available" 8 hours a day on Slack/Teams/etc.
